Our Team

Bola Adeniyi-Taiwo, CHRP (Managing Partner)

Bola is a co-founder and Managing Partner of The Workplace Centre Limited. She is a lawyer by profession and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, England. A professional member of the Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, Canada, she is an alumnus of Cranfield University, England, from where she attained an M.Sc in International Human Resource Management.

Bola has led several strategic Corporate HR projects and in the course of her career received several awards amongst which is the 2009 Outstanding CHRP Award (Volunteer Leadership Award) for her contribution to the HR community in Ontario, Canada.

MOJISOLA, Olateru-Olagbegi | PMP, Ph.D(Managing Partner)

Mojisola is a Co-Founder of TWPC and the Partner, Technology and Entrepreneurship. She graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Lagos, an M.Sc. in Electronics from King’s College, University of London, England and a Ph. D in Strategy, Program and Project Management from SKEMA (Lille) Business School, France.

She has over 25years industry experience in ICT working as a Program/Project Manager, Business Analyst and Systems Engineer/Architect in North America and Africa, working at The Dow Chemical Company, General Motors and Chrysler LLC in Michigan and also consulted for the Federal Government of Nigeria, World Bank and Rockefeller foundation in ICT and job creation for the youth. She is an executive director at Asherlogic Ltd and Consultant for the Nigerian Economic Summit Group Science and Technology Policy Commission. Her experience spans Information Technology, Chemicals, Finance, Manufacturing, Construction, Non-Profits and Government

Biola Omotayo-Benson, GPHR:ACIPM(Head, Corporate Services)

Biola is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos, a certified Global Professional of Human Resources and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She is also a certified British Council Promoting UK Education and Training Agent. With about 10 years of experience within indigenous and multinational organisations, she has developed her hard skills as a Human Resource Professional and her soft skills as an individual.

ETUK, Isaiah (Head, ICT,e-Learning)

Etuk is the Head of ICT/E-learning department at TWPC. He has wealth of experience in the ICT industry, a graduate of Data and System Analysis from The University of Oxford, UK and an Alumnus of The University of Liverpool, UK.

He specializes in Core Networking, IT Business Management, business analysis, Data and System analysis, IT Strategic Management, HSE and QA/QC policy development and management.

Etuk is a passionate leader whose key drive is geared towards innovation in alignment with tactical business growth.
